Finding the connect with your body, your breath and your womb through consciousness movement.
In this practice I will invite you to moving from each season, I will take you to spring phase where we can start move gentle and reengage with our breath, finding some spinal movement and warm up our body and then we will move to summer phase where we will start move more dynamically and using standing poses get out root down and spread our heart to the sky, then we move slow again start wind down just like autumn when the leaves start to fall so does our energy start to decrease then we finish in winter phase (savasana) where you can just be, nothing to do and no where to go, just reconnect with your energy

I'll be discussing the impact of colonisation on four generations of First Nations women (my family) and the impact of colonisation, specifically intergenerational trauma, institutionalisation, living on anAboriginal mission, and our struggle to maintain our family connection while losing our cultural heritage.
